Assistant Supervisor, Tour Operations
Responsibilities
- Responsible for tour coordination
- Provide clerical supports to the Long Haul Department
- Usage of our in-house computer system
- Communication/ liaise directly with our travel suppliers by phone and by email
- Responsible for documents filing and data input
- Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments
Requirements
- Form 5 or above with at least 2 year related working experience
- With working experience in travel industry is preferred
- Proficiency in PC applications, especially MS Excel, Words and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken & written English & Cantonese
- Detailed-minded, diligent, self-motivated, responsible & pleasant
- Able to work as a team being the team-player, and work independently
- Immediately available will be an advantage
